Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

As a Residential MVP Service Electrician you will be servicing electrical systems in our client’s home. Our Service Electricians consult with clients and inform them of services that are available that will benefit their home. 

  • Responsible for small installations sold by other electricians
  • Can sell and install small repairs onsite
  • Generate leads for upgrades on new electrical systems  
  • Provide recommendations to the client on repairs, replacement, and upgrades on electrical systems  
  • Perform 22 point electrical inspection on every call
  • Provide recommendations and leads for full home service solutions such as HVAC, Water, and Comfort Cloud
  • Visit clients home after installation has been completed to make sure all issues have been resolved
  • Increase Client loyalty by maintaining clean work area
  • Provide Clients with exceptional customer service
  • Maintain work truck and keep van always organized and neat
  • Follow National Electric Code
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work boots

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Minimum of 2 years residential electrical experience required
  • Active ET Card Required
  • Required to obtain HIS license upon hire
  • Know how to wire devices, lights, breakers, and other residential electrical knowledge.
  • Electrical Panel Knowledge  
  • Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
  • Detail oriented with good time management skills
  • Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
  • Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
  • Experience in residential, solar, new construction or industrial is preferred

After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check. 

 

Pay: $25 per hour + Commission
