Founded in 2003, Service Champions is a $100M+ Home Services Company in Northern California that specializes in heating, air-conditioning, electrical, water, and insulation. We service the greater Bay Area and Sacramento. This position is based out of our company headquarters located in Pleasanton, CA. It is a professional support center environment where we work hard and have fun.

What Will I Do?
The Director of Marketing owns marketing execution, spend discipline, and results for Service Champions. This role translates Service Champions strategy into local execution, partners tightly with Operations, and ensures marketing drives profitable growth.
This leader is also the single owner of the MVP (Maintenance Value Plan) program, responsible for growth, performance, and cross‑functional execution.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the person is frequently sitting for long periods of time, repetitive hand movements for typing and using a mouse, reaching with arms, talking on the phone with or without a headset, and listening attentively, with occasional need to stand or walk short distances. Frequent use of computer systems on multiple screens, typing/clicking and using mouse on computer. Prolonged focus on computer screens.
Mental Demands: Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions as well as deal with adversarial confrontations. Requires the ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once. Conscious attention to detail is required to safely perform tasks.
Work Environment: This is an in-person office position at our Pleasanton HUB. You will be working in our support center in a cubicle/bullpen with others around.
