Service Champions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable clerk otherwise known as an MVP Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our MVP Administrator in Finance plays a vital role in supporting a team that oversees preventative maintenance services for our most valued clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities/Duties:

 

As a team member in the Finance department, the MVP Administrator supports management of the membership program, with primary focus on maintaining accurate member data. This role ensures data integrity, timely billing and adjustments, and coordination with internal teams, to support consistent and efficient program execution.

  • Maintain and update membership records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
  • Review new agreements daily to verify accurate entry by field staff and other team members
  • Process membership transactions including renewals, terminations, adjustments, and account updates
  • Facilitate recurring billing cycles within ServiceTitan (e.g., every 5 days) and ensure successful processing
  • Manually process renewals for agreements exceeding standard auto-renewal terms
  • Process credit card transactions, refunds, and chargebacks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Research and resolve past due balances identified on aging reports
  • Review and audit membership data to identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Prepare and process monthly MVP commissions and submit to Payroll by the 15th of each month
  • Support call center operations by processing requests, resolving data issues, and ensuring alignment with program policies
  • Assist with mailing of member statements as required
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data accuracy, and overall program efficiency
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable clerical functions as needed
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
  • Utilize MS Excel to track and reconcile membership and billing data
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including billing, receivables, and reconciliations
  • Clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business.
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Strong time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines.
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills – working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
