Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will work closely with the field team to recover as much revenue as possible on missed opportunities. Because of the nature of this work, building a symbiotic relationship with the field staff will be critical. This team member will primarily interact with clients over the phone to close deals and assist salespeople. Successful agents will have a learning mindset and leverage the team around them to grow & develop their technical and sales skills.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsibility for the Inside Sales Agent is to recover home comfort projects with or after the Comfort Advisors home visit.

  • Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times.
  • Calling on unsold estimates same/next day with the goal of closing the sale
  • Meeting monthly revenue targets through recovered sales
  • Completing sales contracts, financing, and misc. paperwork over the phone
  • Working with clients during and following their installation to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
  • Partnering with field team members to close sales with urgency
  • Ensuring that 100% of unsold estimates are reached out to at least 3 times using phone, email, & text.
  • Working with your General Managers to negotiate pricing, add-on services, rebates, etc.
  • Attend all required meetings and training.

Work in partnership with all other departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. 

Qualifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to perform high priority duties daily.
  • Focused on quality and results driven, attention to detail.
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all production areas of the business.
  • Be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Strong sales background – recommended 4+ years in a sales environment.
  • Ability to obtain a California State Home Improvement Sales License with the California State Labor Board
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills – working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
  • Thorough knowledge of our product offerings, finance options, and business differentiators
  • Intuitive computer skills – requires basic to intermediate Excel & Adobe management, along with financing website portals and our in-home CRM.
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Ability to close $150,000 in Installed Revenue per month.
