What You’ll Do

• Assist with installing and replacing HVAC systems and accessories
• Work on ductwork, attic/vertical splits, and rooftop units
• Troubleshoot and make modifications to HVAC equipment
• Maintain company vehicle and proper stock of tools and parts
• Communicate with homeowners and ensure equipment operates correctly
• Support and learn from experienced installers

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year HVAC installation experience
• Knowledge of refrigeration theory and HVAC components
• EPA 608 certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in varied conditions (attics, rooftops, crawl spaces)
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and safety practices

Annual earning potential: Hourly + production bonuses = $80,000 – $140,000 based on performance.
