Competitive Pay: Total expected earnings based on your performance: up to $125k / Base Pay: $30-$40 per hour / Uncapped Commission / Performance Bonuses

As a Service Electrician, you’ll be the trusted expert our clients rely on. Your day-to-day will include:
Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.
Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.
We’re looking for a motivated professional who is:
Certified & Experienced: At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)
Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
Safety-Focused: Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
Professional: Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Next Steps: After a conditional offer, all candidates will complete a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check.
