Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Service Electrician, you’ll be the trusted expert our clients rely on. Your day-to-day will include:

    • Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.

    • Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.

    • Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

    • Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.

    • Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.

    • Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

What You Bring

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is:

  • Certified & Experienced: At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)

  • Knowledgeable: Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.

  • Safety-Focused: Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.

  • Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.

  • Professional: Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

Next Steps: After a conditional offer, all candidates will complete a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check.
