Competitive Pay: $25–$35/hr (based on experience/certifications) plus commission.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
Operate and maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle.
Build trust with clients by delivering top-notch service and recommending the best solutions for their home comfort.

Identify opportunities for new equipment and system upgrades across HVAC, water, electrical, and insulation services.
Sell and install advanced repairs and IAQ products directly from your truck.
We’re looking for motivated professionals who are ready to shine in their HVAC career. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role:
Certification: EPA 608 Type II required (NATE Core certification is a plus).
Experience: At least 1 year working in residential HVAC with solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs., working outdoors in all weather conditions, and handling heights safely on ladders and rooftops.
Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance with a commitment to wearing a professional uniform and work boots.
Tech Savvy: Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
Next Steps: After a conditional offer, all candidates will complete a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check.
