Responsibilities

The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position, with additional earning incentives. This is a full-time position with overtime. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

 

What Will I Do?

Primarily responsible for the installation and removal of water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems. Identifies electrical, plumbing, and safety problems applicable to the installation and takes necessary corrective action. Works independently or with a team.

  • Cutting, assembling, and installing water pipes, drain lines and electrical wiring with attention to existing infrastructure (i.e. electrical wiring)
  • Use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, propane torches)
  • Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs and replacement.
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with company quality/safety standards and city code requirements.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor/manager.

Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Understanding of basic plumbing code requirements
  • Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75 lbs.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
  • Focused on quality and results driven
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manager multiple tasks
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
  • Committed adherence of the company’s core values and core purpose.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, write in the English language.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of the business, weekend hours as needed
  • Valid driver’s license, with 5+ years of driving experience
  • A criminal background check and drug test will be run after receiving a conditional offer
  • Service Titan experience preferred
