Overview

Service Champions is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Lead Coordinators who work closely with the field team to coordinate and schedule our clients with our outside sales team. 

 

Founded in 2003, Service Champions is a $100M+ Home Services Company in Northern California that specializes in heating, air-conditioning, electrical, water, and insulation. We service the greater Bay Area and Sacramento. This position is based out of our company headquarters located in Pleasanton, CA.  It is a professional contact center environment where we work hard and have fun.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

 

A primary objective for the Inside Sales Manager is to maximize our effectiveness communicating with clients, improve lead quality, and create an “easy to do business” experience for our clients, both internal & external. While supervisor/team lead experience is necessary, it is most important that you have the attitude of a leader and trainer. As a results-oriented A-Player, you are committed to excellence and want to do all you can to help others achieve the same level of excellence. You can identify trends and think outside of the box to create and execute new solutions. Urgency, detail-orientation, and the ability to adapt are critical to success in this position.

  • Always Know and live up to Service Champions core values.
  • Ownership and responsibility to grow revenue of $35million or more per quarter.
  • Coaching & developing team members on sales communications through call monitoring, 1-on-1 training, and feedback in both onsite and remote team members.
  • Ensuring jobs are booked properly and with the best level of detail available to move sales forward.
  • Drive urgency and excitement through to strengthen leads and achieve Call volume and close rates.
  • Working with General Managers to maximize the Sales dispatch board
  • Adapt to all new challenges thrown your way!

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong Sales Management background and results oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills – avoids things slipping through the cracks.
  • Intuitive computer skills – requires basic to intermediate Excel reporting.
  • Strong time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines.
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills – working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Service Titan experience preferred but not required
