We are looking for an Electrical Power Generation Product Manager to continue developing and growing our organization out of our Livermore Electrical Service Center! Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Power Generation Production Manager will serve as a product manager, field sales representative and provide training to other team members at Service Champions. Because of the nature of this work, building a symbiotic relationship with the field staff will be critical. This team member will be the develop and implement the product management plans, identify new business opportunities and act as a primary point of contact for our clients by providing production information and getting clients happily involved in our Power Generation Solutions with Generac. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage information and time management.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsibility for the Power Generation Production Manager is to sale power generation projects and train other team members in power generation benefits.

  • Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times.
  • Identify new business opportunities in power generation
  • Meeting monthly revenue targets and close rates
  • Provide training to other field sales teams and service teams, educating them on the benefits of the products
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, to support sales initiatives
  • Working with clients during and following their installation to ensure 100% client satisfaction, addressing client concerns immediately and with urgency
  • Partnering with field team members to close sales with urgency
  • Attend all required meetings and training.
  • Work in partnership with all other departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced generator, specifically Generac, product knowledge required
  • Proved sales communication, presentation and training skills required
  • Ability to perform high priority duties daily.
  • Focused on quality and results driven, attention to detail.
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all production areas of the business.
  • Be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Strong sales background – recommended 4+ years in a sales environment.
  • Ability to obtain a California State Home Improvement Sales License with the California State Labor Board
  • Excellent communication & rapport-building skills – working with clients, field team, general managers, Install team, and finance team.
  • Thorough knowledge of our product offerings, finance options, and business differentiators
  • Intuitive computer skills –financing website portals and our in-home CRM, Service Titans.
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills – able to manage many tasks with short deadlines
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language.
  • Ability to close $150,000 in Installed Revenue per month.

Frequent use of computer systems on multiple screens, typing/ clicking and using mouse on computer. Frequently talking on phone with or without a headset. Prolonged focus on computer screens.

 

Mental Demands: Must be able to perceive and distinguish emotions as well as deal with adversarial confrontations.  Requires an ability to concentrate and prioritize multiple tasks at once.  Conscious attention to detail is required to safely perform tasks.

 

Work Environment:  This is an in-person office position, with the opportunity to be remote, working out of a Service Center. Must maintain confidentiality with client information.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is an exempt, full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable depending on the nature of our work demands. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

 

Travel

Little to no overnight travel is expected for this position
